What Floating Lyrics does

Floating Lyrics opens synced lyrics in a floating window while you use supported music services in a supported desktop browser. The product depends on browser features and third-party music services, so supported services can change when those services or browsers change.

No Floating Lyrics account or payment

The current release does not require a Floating Lyrics account and does not sell paid licenses or subscriptions. You remain responsible for any account or subscription required by a supported music service or your browser.

Acceptable use

You may not use Floating Lyrics to violate the law, interfere with a supported service, gain unauthorized access, distribute malicious code, or bypass restrictions imposed by your music service or browser.

Third-party services

Floating Lyrics is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Spotify, Google, Chrome, any supported music service, or any music rights holder. You are responsible for using supported services under their own terms.

Updates and availability

Floating Lyrics may be updated, changed, limited, or discontinued. A third-party music service, browser API, or browser-extension store can change or remove a feature that Floating Lyrics depends on.

No warranty

Floating Lyrics is provided as-is, except where mandatory consumer law gives you specific rights. The product is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every song, account, browser version, or third-party service.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where applicable law does not allow it. Any liability for Floating Lyrics is determined under applicable law.

Governing law

German law applies, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country gives you rights that cannot be waived by contract.
